Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the edway.com.au website ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
Edway Group Pty Ltd may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified, Edway Training's cancellation policy is applicable for every course sold via the site. Our cancellation policy is:
Notice given within 2 working days prior to course commencement (excluding day of the course) - No Refund.
Notice given more than 2 working days prior to course commencement (excluding day of the course) - Full refund.
Rescheduling, notice must be given more than 2 working days prior to the course commencement (excluding day of the course). If rescheduling notice given within less than 2 working days prior the course commencement (excluding day of the course), an administrative fee of 50% of course cost will apply. If rescheduling notice given on the day of the course full course fee will apply.
Edway Training reserves the right to cancel any training at any time. If a class is cancelled by Edway Training, participants have the option of rescheduling to the next available date or to receive a full refund of the course fees paid. If participant fails to attend the course, course fee will be forfeited. If you arrive after the course start time your seat/s is/are not guaranteed
Edway Group Reserves the right to place a default with Baycorp Advantage if the paid funds are withdrawn by yourself or your bank.
Privacy Policy
It's Edway Group's policy to maintain your privacy when you visit our site. Any personal details sent to us will be kept confidential and is subject to Privacy Laws. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your bookings. When you send us email, we may use your email address to contact you in future. We may contact you for clarification of a request from you or to answer your query, but we will not sell or pass on your details to third parties, except where they act as agents for us and the information is required to deliver the goods or services you have requested from us.

When purchasing from Edway Group your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
